Stabbing Shock in Red Lake Falls: Woman Arrested After Violent Altercation in Lewisville Township!

Red Lake Falls, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — A violent stabbing incident west of Red Lake Falls has led to the arrest of 45-year-old Sheila Marie Olberg, according to Red Lake County Sheriff Mitch Bernstein.

On the afternoon of March 26, authorities received a call from a victim claiming to have been stabbed during an altercation at a residence in Lewisville Township. By the time deputies and the Red Lake Falls Ambulance arrived, both the suspect and victim had left the scene in separate vehicles.

They were soon located and stopped by law enforcement on County Road 18, just west of town. Olberg was arrested without incident and transported to Crookston, where she was booked for felony assault. The male victim was taken to Riverview ER in Crookston for treatment.

Formal charges against Olberg are still pending as the investigation continues.
