Devils Lake, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — Addison Greyhorn of St. Michael, North Dakota, has been arrested and is facing criminal charges after a domestic violence incident on March 18th, according to court documents.
The victim told officers that Greyhorn allegedly grabbed her by the neck and threw her into a sliding patio door during a heated confrontation. She said he then picked up a blue folding utility knife, extended the blade, and told her: “Don’t think I won’t do it.”
Fearing he would stab her, the victim said Greyhorn eventually put the knife away but then threatened to retrieve her gun from the car. She said she saw him exit the apartment, go to her trunk, and retrieve the firearm.
When law enforcement arrived, Greyhorn was sitting calmly on the couch with the gun in front of him. He was taken into custody without incident.
Greyhorn is now charged with:
-
Felony Terrorizing
-
Misdemeanor Domestic Violence
He remains in custody as the case proceeds through District Court in Ramsey County.
