St. Louis County (trfnews.i234.me):Authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jerome Artrell Kirkwood, a convicted weapons offender who has been declared a fugitive as of March 25, 2025. Kirkwood, born on May 12, 1991, was sentenced on June 15, 2023, for weapons-related offenses in St. Louis County, with court file numbers 69DU-CR-22-783 and 69DU-CR-23-42. He was released on November 12, 2024, and was under the supervision of Agent Kellie Hagen before absconding.
