Stearns County (trfnews.i234.me) On Wednesday morning, April 16, 2025, Cathedral High School in St. Cloud, Minnesota, initiated a shelter-in-place protocol after a man allegedly threatened two students outside the school. The incident occurred around 7:45 a.m. when the students reported that a man approached them and made comments about shooting them before leaving on foot.

He was booked into the Stearns County Jail on suspicion of making threats of violence.

No injuries were reported, and the shelter-in-place was lifted shortly after the arrest. The investigation remains active, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the St. Cloud Police Department at 320-251-1200 or Tri-County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-255-1301.
