Minnesota State Patrol Cases:

  • Samantha Jo Quamme, 34, of Wannaska, received a $125 fine for driving 65 mph in a 60 mph zone.
  • Alejandro Marin Rangel, 23, of Thief River Falls, was fined $285 for no proof of insurance.
