Areas of locally dense fog will affect locations from Roseau and
Baudette south thru Fosston, Bagley, Bemidji to Wadena and Park
Rapids and surrounding areas thru mid morning. Visibilities of
1/2 to 1/4 mile will occur. Fog will be highly variable in
coverage and density.
If traveling early this morning, reduce your speed and use low-
beam headlights when encountering foggy areas. The visibility may
change rapidly in a short distance.
