Relative humidity values will drop into the middle 20 percent to
upper 20 percent range along with northwest winds gusting up to
45 mph. Areas in the Red River Valley are expected to see the
lowest RH values and gustiest winds.
Given the extremely dry fuels, near critical fire weather
conditions are expected through late this afternoon. Any fire
that does develop has the potential to quickly spread.
