WEST FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – On December 27, 2024, West Fargo police conducted a traffic stop involving Kimberly Cox and Alek Dallmann, both residents of Jamestown, North Dakota. The stop occurred after the vehicle allegedly failed to observe a stop sign.
During the stop, Cox reportedly acknowledged possessing drug paraphernalia in her purse. A subsequent search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of approximately 106.2 grams of methamphetamine.
Both individuals were detained and transported to the Cass County Jail. They have been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Additionally, Cox faces a charge for possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail for each has been set at $5,000.
