we have a second alleged case of baby rape in the region this one in Thief River Falls involving two victims charged is 38 year old Benjamin Joseph Rogan buck of Thief River Falls according to court documents it’s alleged that between January 1st of 2012 and December 31st of 2012 Rogan buck anally penetrated the victim who was between one to two years old and he was 30 to 31 years old in a second charge it’s alleged that he did the same thing to a second victim between January 1st of 2020 and February 20th of 2020 in the city of Thief River Falls while he was 38 years old and the second victim was 3 years old he’s also charged with possessing a child porn Benjamin Joseph Rogan Buck has been charged with two counts of felony criminal sexual conduct in the first degree those charges carry a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison plus he’s facing four counts of possession of pornographic work involving minors I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
