The pursuit began near Middle River after authorities received a report of a vehicle traveling at high speeds and driving into oncoming traffic.
Court documents state Stephens was clocked at 112 mph.
Several vehicles had to swerve to avoid a collision with her car.
Stop sticks were deployed, and she finally stopped just south of Thief River Falls.
She refused to exit the vehicle, requiring law enforcement to forcibly remove her.
Upon arrest, Stephens gave a false male name before being properly identified by law enforcement.
Authorities are continuing their investigation, and Stephens remains in custody pending further legal proceedings.
