Semi-Truck Rolls Over on I-90 in Faribault County, Causing Traffic Disruptions

Emerald Township, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — A serious semi-truck accident occurred on February 26, 2025, at 5:52 AM on Interstate 90 near Milepost 127 in Emerald Township, Faribault County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2022 Peterbilt tractor-trailer, driven by 45-year-old Christopher Scott Neisler of Madison, WI, was traveling westbound on I-90 when it entered the median and rolled over, ultimately coming to a stop in the eastbound lanes of traffic.

Emergency responders from Faribault County Sheriff’s Office, Blue Earth Police Department, Frost Fire Department, and Frost Ambulance arrived on the scene to assist. Neisler was transported to Blue Earth Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials confirmed that the driver was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and alcohol was not a factor. The road conditions were reported as dry at the time of the accident.
