some breaking news out of downtown grand forks early on this saturday morning this started about 5 24 a.m uh listening to radio traffic here it sounded like they’re looking for a suspect who broke into an apartment on the 100 block of south third street in downtown grand forks and assaulted the resident who lived there and then took off uh here’s a bit of that radio traffic at 5 26 a.m and it now sounds like a fairly large police presence downtown surrounding that area searching for a suspect to reportedly broke into an apartment assaulted the resident and took off also hearing a k-9 is on the scene police are busy doing their thing now we’ll try to give you an update later this morning i’m Neil Berg reporting for eye news dot tv
