ROSEVILLE, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Joshua Alirio Seeman, 50, of St. Paul, has been charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. The charges stem from allegations that Seeman sexually assaulted four children under the age of seven while volunteering at King of Kings Lutheran Church and School in Roseville between February 1 and April 6, 2025.

The investigation began on April 6 when a parent reported that his five-year-old son complained of pain after attending Sunday School. The child disclosed that Seeman had taken him to the bathroom and assaulted him multiple times. Subsequent reports identified three additional victims: a six-year-old boy, a five-year-old girl, and a four-year-old boy. The children reported similar incidents of being taken to the bathroom by Seeman, where he allegedly engaged in inappropriate touching .

Court documents reveal that Seeman has a history of sexual assault allegations dating back to 2001, involving both vulnerable adults and children. Many of these cases were not prosecuted due to his cognitive disabilities. In 2022, Seeman was charged with fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct for allegedly luring a vulnerable adult into a park bathroom and assaulting her. He was deemed incompetent to stand trial in that case, which remains pending.

Seeman was arrested on April 10 and is currently held at the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center. Authorities have requested that he remain in custody to prevent any further contact with vulnerable individuals. His brother, who serves as his legal guardian, has indicated that Seeman will not provide a statement and plans to consult with an attorney.
