What the complaint says

Court records say the case includes two felony counts and three misdemeanor counts. The listed charges are threats of violence, fleeing a peace officer, and three domestic assault counts.

The complaint says deputies were sent to a rural property on April 10, 2026. Zach Santl met them in a shop on the property. Ryan Santl was also there.

The complaint says a refrigerator drawer was ripped out. Food was scattered on the floor. Ryan Santl told authorities Taylor James Humble pushed him in the chest.

Ryan Santl also said Humble took a Ranger vehicle from the shop. Zach Santl said Humble hit him in the face. A red mark was seen on his cheek.

Stacie Santl later shared video with investigators, according to the complaint. The video allegedly showed Zach Santl between Humble and his parents during the struggle.

The complaint says Ryan Santl stepped in during the fight. It also says Humble hit Zach Santl with a closed fist. The complaint further alleges Humble threatened to burn down the farm.

Later, Zach Santl appeared to have a bloody nose. Investigators also documented injuries to his face and nose. Stacie Santl told authorities Humble struck her in the stomach.

Ryan Santl and Stacie Santl said they no longer felt safe at home. They also said the violence had grown worse over two weeks.
