Roseau County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Rocky James Strand of Roseau, Minnesota, is facing serious criminal charges following a disturbing incident in which he allegedly violated a restraining order and issued a death threat. According to court documents, on March 3rd, police responded to a report from a Roseau woman who had an active restraining order against Strand. Despite this legal order, Strand reportedly refused to leave her property. The victim provided video evidence capturing Strand yelling, “I’ll kill him,” in reference to her boyfriend. As a result, Strand has been charged with felony threats of violence and gross misdemeanor violation of a restraining order within 10 years of a previous domestic violence conviction or adjudication.
