Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — On March 18 at 2 p.m., police responded to a report of a harassment/restraining order violation at the Thief River Falls Walmart.
Wade Michael Pederson, 33, of Red Lake Falls, was cited for violating a harassment/restraining order. According to the citation, Pederson was seen inside the Walmart store — despite a court order explicitly prohibiting him from being within 300 feet of the premises.
The incident has raised community concerns about the enforcement of protective orders and the safety of individuals involved in such legal actions.
