Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Red Lake woman died in a crash Sunday afternoon in northern Minnesota, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
The victim was identified as Floris Ruby Rose Strong, 35, of Red Lake.
Crash Happened Near Highway 89
The State Patrol said the crash happened at about 12:06 p.m. on Sunday, March 22.
According to the report, Strong was driving a 2012 Dodge Caravan westbound on Great Divide Road Northwest.
Investigators said the vehicle crossed Highway 89 and then rolled into trees.
Strong died in the crash, the report said.
The State Patrol also said she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
Officials said alcohol involvement has not been confirmed. That part of the investigation is still pending.
