When a deputy arrived, help was already on scene.

Warrant arrest in Plummer

On Jan 26, deputies went to a home in Plummer.

They arrested Robert Duncan Fox, 33, of Plummer.

The arrest involved a gross misdemeanor warrant from Hennepin County.

Fox was taken to the jail in Crookston.

He is expected to be turned over to Hennepin County authorities.

Harassing texts in Red Lake Falls

On Jan 27, a Red Lake Falls resident reported harassing text messages.

The person said the messages came from an ex-partner.

A deputy spoke with both people.

The deputy helped calm the dispute.

No arrest was listed in the log.

Harassment complaint tied to Oklee

Also on Jan 27, another person reported harassment linked to an Oklee resident.

The deputy documented the complaint.

The deputy also advised on the next steps.

Misdemeanor warrant arrest

On Jan 29, deputies arrested Abby Lee Mosbeck, 45, of St Augusta, Minnesota.

The sheriff’s office held an active misdemeanor warrant for her arrest.

Mosbeck posted $100 cash bail.

She was then released.

She is scheduled to appear in court in Red Lake Falls on Feb 11, 2026.

Laundromat disturbance in Red Lake Falls

Early on Jan 30, deputies responded to a laundromat disturbance.

It happened in Red Lake Falls.

A man was bothering other customers, the log said.

He told the deputy he did not mean to cause trouble.

He agreed to leave.

No further action was taken.
