Rollover crash near Terrebonne
On the evening of Dec. 19, deputies got a crash report near Highway 92 and County Road 12.
The intersection is near Terrebonne.
Deputies found a vehicle on its roof.
The vehicle was badly damaged.
No one was inside the vehicle.
Deputies later found the driver at a home in Mentor.
The driver was Noah Nathaniel Bergman, 26.
Deputies say Bergman’s father picked him up and drove him home.
Deputies say Bergman drank alcohol before the crash.
He was arrested.
He was booked in Crookston on misdemeanor DWI and careless driving.
He was released the next morning.
He is expected to get a court summons in Red Lake Falls in January 2026.
Noise complaint in Red Lake Falls
Shortly after midnight on Dec. 21, deputies got a noise complaint at a home in Red Lake Falls.
A deputy spoke with the people there.
They agreed to quiet down for the night.

Main Avenue crash
Later that morning, a driver reported a crash on Main Avenue.
The driver hit a parked vehicle in Red Lake Falls.
The parked vehicle was empty.
No injuries were reported.
Both vehicles had moderate damage.
Crash reports were made and shared with the owners.
Probation arrest in Oklee
On the morning of Dec. 22, Michael Joseph Engels, 54, of Oklee was arrested in Oklee.
He was held for violating the terms of supervised probation.
He was taken to the jail in Crookston.
Vehicle tampering report
On the evening of Dec. 22, a Red Lake Falls resident reported possible tampering with a parked vehicle.
The vehicle was behind the resident’s home.
The resident said nothing was taken.
No damage was reported.
The resident asked for extra patrol in the area.
Traffic stop in Plummer
On the morning of Dec. 23, Courtney Nicole Gustafson, 34, of Plummer was cited on Central Avenue.
The citation listed expired registration.
The citation also listed no proof of current insurance.
