Recently Booked Jamilyn Fairbanks Beltrami County Jail

Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me) — Jamilyn Fairbanks was booked into the Beltrami County Jail on April 17, 2026, according to booking information tied to a pending court case.

The jail record lists one gross misdemeanor charge under case number 24002953. That charge says Fairbanks operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.

Fairbanks is listed as 5 feet 2 inches tall and 130 pounds. The booking record lists brown hair and brown eyes. Bail was listed at $0.00 at the time of booking. No court date was listed in the information provided.

Charge Listed in the Case

The case is listed for District Court. The charge is filed under Minnesota Statute 169A.20. Readers can review that law through the Minnesota Revisor’s Office.

The booking record gives only basic case details. It lists the booking date, physical description, charge, and court branch. It does not include a police narrative. It also does not describe where the stop happened.

That means the public record is still limited. More details may appear after a first hearing or later court filings. Until then, the jail record offers only a first look at the case.

What Happens Next

The case is expected to move through Beltrami County District Court. Readers can also review county custody information through the Beltrami County inmate locator.

At this stage, the charge is only an allegation. Jamilyn Fairbanks is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court. Jail records should not be treated as proof of guilt.

TRF News will continue to watch for a court date, new filings, and any added case details. If more information becomes public, this story will be updated.
