27 year-old Tyler Welsh of Grand Forks has been charged with felony domestic violence the female victim stated in court documents that Welsh grabbed her by the throat and slammed her against a wall and he had a hold on her neck for approximately one minute and 44 year-old Joel Novak of Grand Forks has been charged with the felony of possession with intent to deliver meth Novak was already on probation when Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force agents were given permission to search his vehicle agents found a magnetic device on the rear bumper of his vehicle that allegedly contained 15 grams of meth with packaging am 28 year-old Shane Saxon of Grand Forks already had outstanding charges he’s now been charged with felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanors of fleeing and refusal to halt according to court documents police were going to arrest him on an outstanding warrant when a Saxon fled in his vehicle he crashed into a curb then fled on foot before being arrested and 26 year-old Tyler Stewart has been charged with felony possession with intent to deliver heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia according to court documents deputies were conducting a warrant service at a Grand Forks motel when Stewart ran from a room and was arrested he was allegedly in possession of baggies that tested positive for heroin and 29 year-old Carlin doll has been charged with possession with intent to deliver meth and felony possession of drug paraphernalia according to court documents who was pulled over on a traffic stop in Grand Forks and a pipe with marijuana was in view of the officer which led to a search of the vehicle for baggies containing nearly 10 grams of meth and drug paraphernalia were taken into evidence and lastly 34 year old Jennifer a Morningstar boy of Grand Forks has been charged with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor false information to law enforcement according to court documents a Morningstar boy was pulled over in Grand Forks for having no front license plate and then gave the officer a false name a drug dog was brought in and a digital scale pipe and baggie with meth residue were allegedly found morning star boy also had outstanding warrants I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news da TV
