[Music] tyler staskovich of northwood has been charged with felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance alprazolam a sedative and an infraction charge of possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment according to court documents on april 26 at 1 10 a.m grand forks police responded to the long-haul saloon on a report that staskevich had been threatening people in the bar and stating he had a weapon and pills plus he was witness displaying the handgun in his waistband he was arrested while driving away from the bar and 28 year old parker hansen of west fargo has been charged with felony attempted burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief according to court documents he allegedly tried to break down a door into another man’s residence in grand forks to beat him up court records say a text message from hanson to the victim states quote okay i’m going to beat your ass watch yourself and 30 year old olivia avdem of grand forks has been charged with felony theft or property according to court records while serving as the secretary for the manville freeze youth hockey club in 2021 she made two thousand dollars worth of unauthorized atm withdrawals from the club’s funds then posted on social media around the same time she was getting her hair done and a trip to las vegas court records indicate she offered to pay the money back but as of uh april 28th 2022 has not done so and two thousand dollars in cash atm withdrawals remains unaccounted for and 18 year old colin edwards of grand forks has been charged with a pair of felonies robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery according to court records on april 2nd a male victim had stopped his vehicle by a dumpster in the 300 block of north 7th street to clean garbage out of his honda crv the victim stated he was leaning into the back seat turned around and edwards allegedly punched him repeatedly in the face stunning him then edwards uh directed others to get in the vehicle and they fled the scene the vehicle was later found in devil’s lake following a pursuit with law enforcement and 54-year-old bernard dakota of fargo has been charged with felony unauthorized use of personal identifying information according to court documents he allegedly used a debit card that was stolen in fargo to make two purchases in grand forks totaling 21.30 cents and 21 year old sean m volesky of grand forks has been charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a vehicle a warrant has been issued for his arrest according to court records he’s allegedly stole a utv from bnsf uh warehouse in court records he stated he was intoxicated and cold and that he drove the u2 utv to his apartment and returned it later in the day part of the incident is captured on surveillance video according to court records and 26 year old jacob d swenson of grand forks has been charged with felony attempted criminal trespass according to court records on april 27th at 4 24 a.m police were dispatched to a grand forks residence where the female victim reported swenson allegedly tried to break into her apartment i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me

  1. If someone threatens someone with a gun, while intoxicated, they proved they aren't mature enough to carry and shouldn't be able to have a gun. What's to stop them from shooting someone while drunk, if they feel comfortable threatening people while drunk?
