Ramsey County Fugitive Alert: Convicted Property Offender Elijah Xiong Fox on the Run

Ramsey County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me)Elijah Xiong Fox, born July 31, 2000, has been declared a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC) as of April 16, 2025. Fox was serving the remainder of his sentence under supervised release following convictions for receiving stolen property in Ramsey County (Court Files: 62-CR-23-6184 and 62-CR-24-2612). He was last released from custody on March 3, 2025, but has since violated the terms of his release and is currently evading authorities. The MNDOC has assigned Agent Shelly Schonauer to this case. Anyone with information regarding Fox’s whereabouts is urged to contact the MNDOC Fugitive Unit at 651-643-3532 or submit a tip through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
