Ramsey County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) — Frank Antonio Tate, a 39-year-old convicted DWI offender, is once again a wanted fugitive. As of April 22, 2025, the Minnesota Department of Corrections has issued a warrant for his arrest. Tate’s criminal history includes multiple DWI offenses.
Tate was previously sentenced on April 7, 2020, and released on December 2, 2021. However, he has since violated the terms of his release, prompting authorities to seek public assistance in locating him.
