Polk County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Gregorio Luis Arredondo, DOB: 10/30/1970, of Racine, Wisconsin, after he failed to appear in court twice for serious felony charges in Polk County, Minnesota.
Arredondo was originally charged in November 2023 with Felony Threats of Violence, Interference with an Emergency Call, and 5th Degree Assault in Crookston. After being released from custody on bail, he was ordered to return to court. However, he failed to show up on July 2 and July 23, 2024, despite being warned that not appearing was a criminal offense.
Defense attorneys claimed Arredondo may have been on a bus to Milwaukee after leaving treatment in Texas, but no evidence confirmed his whereabouts. The court noted that he did not attend in person or via Zoom, which is standard in Polk County.
Now charged with two felony counts of Failure to Appear, Arredondo faces up to 5 years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Authorities warn he may be anywhere across the U.S.
