law enforcement uh agencies in Cass and Clay counties are working together to form the ca Cass clay threat assessment threat management team lot of letters CCT a TMT with the goal of enhancing Public Safety in the region modeled after an existing team in the Twin Cities this uh team is dedicated to the prevention of targeted acts of violence the local team’s focus is to expand upon current information sharing between agencies relative to active threats or other related information that may have a criminal Nexus the Cass County Sheriff’s Office along with the FBI will facilitate the management of this team additional member agencies include the Fargo Police Department Klay County Sheriff’s Office West Fargo police department Morehead Police Department North Dakota State University Police North Dakota Bureau of criminal investigation the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal apprehension Cass County state attorney’s office and Klay County Attorney’s Office on Tuesday Fargo City commissioners voted five to nothing to approve a memorandum of understanding between the Fargo police department and other participating agencies as part of the CCT [Music] atmt
