Norman Smith III of Grand Forks has been charged with felony terrorizing according to court documents the victim reported Smith contacted them and threatened to come to that location and shoot them within 15 minutes the victim felt threatened enough to take cover in a back office and contact police an officer reported he heard the call when Smith was contacted by phone and Smith admitted to calling and threatening the victim I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
