POLK COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Rebecca Dakota Grant, 37, of West Fargo, has been sentenced to 85 months in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit a first-degree controlled substance sale. A second felony charge of third-degree sale of a controlled substance was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
According to court documents, Grant sold 14 fentanyl pills to a confidential informant during two controlled buys in August 2024. She is also believed to have orchestrated another drug transaction in January 2023.
On April 11, 2025, Grant was sentenced to serve her time at the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Shakopee, with credit for 182 days already served. Under Minnesota law, she must serve at least two-thirds of her sentence in custody, with the remaining time eligible for supervised release.
