Flores must follow strict probation terms. He cannot contact the victim. He cannot contact minor females. He may not possess sexually explicit materials. He must also complete all recommendations from his psychosexual evaluation.
The court also ordered Flores to register as a predatory offender and complete a sex offender treatment program. These conditions will remain active throughout the length of his probation.
If Flores violates any part of his probation, he could serve a three-year prison sentence. He would receive credit for 113 days already served in jail.
Flores pleaded guilty to the felony charge in June. The case began in December 2024, when a mother reported concerns to law enforcement. Investigators filed the criminal charge in February.
According to the probable cause statement, the woman reported that her daughter disclosed inappropriate touching by Flores. The girl said she was 5 years old at the time. The reported incident occurred in 2017.
The child also reported that Flores threatened her and told her not to speak about what happened. Investigators later interviewed Flores. He first denied the claims but later admitted he touched the child inappropriately. He claimed he felt disgusted and had bad feelings about the event.
According to the statement, Flores said he did not believe he did anything “extreme” but said he hated himself for the behavior. He claimed he had worked to improve himself since the incident.
