Joshua Zeni Sotzsky, 40 of McIntosh, for DUI second-degree blood-alcohol concentration over.10 or more within two hours
Lee Esteban Trevino, 59 of Grand Forks, ND, for fifth-degree procurement/possession/control over a controlled substance
Katrina Mae Seitz, 46 of Crookston, for DUI in the third-degree driving while impaired with one aggravating factor
