Grand Forks police responded to an incident here on the 2200 block of 13th Avenue North and Grand Forks at 12:33 a.m. on this Thursday for a male subject whose arm is bleeding possibly stabbed if you could stand by in the area now as you just heard an ambulance told to stand by in the area for a man who was possibly stabbed in the arm however I just talked with sergeant Eber heart of the Grand Forks Police Department who says it was not a stabbing but they are investigating a possible domestic violence incident we will have an update if and when any charges are filed I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
