FERGUS FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Casandra Izarraraz of Perham, Minnesota, is facing a felony theft charge after allegedly attempting to walk out of a Fergus Falls Walmart with $588 worth of unpaid merchandise on August 15th. According to court documents, store staff confronted Izarraraz as she tried to leave with the full cart.
