Pennington County, MN: Christian Johnson Held Without Bail on Felony Drug Charge

Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me)Christian Johnson is currently held at the Pennington County Jail in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, without bail, following his arrest on April 17, 2025. He faces a felony charge under Minnesota Statute § 152.025, subdivision 2(1), for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.

This statute pertains to the unlawful possession of one or more mixtures containing a controlled substance classified in Schedules I through IV, excluding small amounts of marijuana. If convicted, Johnson could face up to five years in prison, a fine of up to $10,000, or both .​
