Pennington County Man Held on Domestic Order Violation and Ignition Interlock Offense

Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me)Jason Johnson was taken into custody on March 23, 2025, and is being held at the Pennington County Jail with no bail set, according to jail records.

Johnson, described as 5’6” tall, 165 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes, is facing two misdemeanor charges:

  • Case #25-000705

    • Charge 1: Violation of Domestic Abuse No Contact Order under Minnesota Statute 629.75.2(b)

    • Charge 2: Driving without required ignition interlock under Minnesota Statute 171.09.1(g)

Both charges are classified as misdemeanors, and no court date has been scheduled as of this report. Johnson is currently on “Hold” status in District Court jurisdiction.
