PENNINGTON COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH ORGANIZED RETAIL THEFT

PENNINGTON COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Rayne Villa has been booked into Pennington County Jail following his arrest on March 11, 2025, for alleged involvement in organized retail theft.

According to court records, Villa faces two serious charges:

  • Organized Retail Theft – Previously Engaged in Patterned Retail Theft; Commits/Directs Others to Commit (Gross Misdemeanor – Case #24505501)
  • Organized Retail Theft – Crime (Felony – Case #25000036)

Both charges indicate a pattern of retail theft with possible involvement of other individuals under his direction.

Villa remains in custody at Pennington County Jail with no bail set, awaiting court proceedings in District Court. The exact details of the alleged theft incidents have not yet been released by law enforcement.
