Thief River Falls, Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) — Tyrel David Alan Dubois, a 24-year-old Level 3 sex offender, has been released under intensive supervised release (ISR) as of May 5, 2025. Dubois was convicted of criminal sexual conduct involving a known teenage female, with the offense including penetration. He used attention and affection to gain and maintain unmonitored access to the victim.
Dubois is currently residing in the 1500 block of Highway 59 in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. His supervision is managed by Agent Tom Murphy of the Minnesota Department of Corrections’ ISR-North District.
According to the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Level 3 offenders are considered the most likely to reoffend. In communities the size of Thief River Falls, specific addresses of Level 3 sex offenders are not disclosed to the public.
As of May 23, 2025, there were two registered sex offenders living in Thief River Falls, with a ratio of 4,418 residents to each offender.
