Pennington County Incident: Man Arrested for Late-Night Street Outburst in Thief River Falls

Thief River Falls, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me)In the early hours of Sunday, April 13, 2025, local police responded to reports of suspicious activity at the intersection of Conley Avenue and Mussey Street. Upon arrival at approximately 1:01 a.m., officers encountered Chase Holmes, 40, of Thief River Falls, allegedly standing in the middle of the street, yelling and appearing confused or intoxicated.

Holmes was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct under Minnesota Statute 609.72.1(3), which pertains to offensive, abusive, boisterous, noisy, or obscene behavior. He was subsequently booked into the Pennington County Jail.
