Pennington County: Francisco Cuevas Jailed on DWI Charge – Court Hearing Pending

Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) — Francisco Cuevas has been booked into Pennington County Jail as of March 22, 2025, following a 4th-degree DWI charge. Cuevas, listed at 5’9″ tall and weighing 215 pounds, is currently being held without bail, according to jail records.

Cuevas is facing a misdemeanor charge under Minnesota Statute 169A.27.1, related to Fourth-Degree Driving While Impaired. The case has been filed with District Court, but a court date has yet to be scheduled.
