Pennington County: Dismissed Threats Case, Many Sentences

Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) — The latest Pennington County Citation Disposition Bulletin lists a dismissed felony threats charge and many other court outcomes.

The bulletin is public information. TRF News pays for copies so readers can see how local cases end.

A key case involves Hunter Perry James Lundeen, 25, of Red Lake Falls. Lundeen was convicted of harassment that created a reasonable fear of substantial bodily harm.

He was fined $210. A 364-day jail term was stayed for two years. He will serve two years of supervised probation.

Lundeen was also convicted of harassment that caused, or was expected to cause, substantial emotional distress. He was fined $50. That sentence runs at the same time as the first count.

A felony charge of threats of violence, a second felony threats count with reckless disregard, and a gross misdemeanor harassment charge were all dismissed.

The bulletin lists more Thief River Falls Police Department cases. Joshua Nathanial Chatham, 46, of Fridley, was fined $185 for failing to stop at a railroad crossing when lights were flashing.

Angela Rose Erickson, 47, of Thief River Falls, had a charge of passing a school bus on the right while amber signals flashed dismissed.

Derric Alan Hanson, 55, of Thief River Falls, was fined $285 for owning an uninsured vehicle.

John Scott Haugen, 29, of Thief River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and third degree DWI with an alcohol level of 0.16 or more. He received fines, stayed jail time, and must complete a comprehensive assessment. A charge of no driver’s license was dismissed.

Patricia Louise Kabrel, 41, of Thief River Falls, was fined for an instruction permit violation and for failing to yield when entering a roadway.

Austin Wyatt Olson, 26, of Karlstad, was fined $285 for an uninsured vehicle. A charge of aiding and abetting theft against Alexis N. Oots, 45, of Plummer, was dismissed.

Jason Donovan Rantanen, 40, of Thief River Falls, was sentenced on a fourth degree DWI. He was fined $485, given 90 days in jail stayed for two years, and placed on probation to the court for two years. He must complete a comprehensive assessment and follow treatment and aftercare.

Joseph Diego Rivera, 20, of Crystal City, Texas, was fined for underage consumption and disorderly conduct.

A disorderly conduct charge against Tagdrian Von Williams, 20, of Thief River Falls, was dismissed.

The Minnesota State Patrol section lists more names. Cheyenne Elizabeth Wergin, 19, of Middle River, was fined $125 for duty to drive with due care.

Jade Alexis Thompson, 25, of Hillsboro, N.D., was fined $135 for an open bottle in a motor vehicle. A no-insurance charge was dismissed.

Linda Sue White, 39, of Shakopee, was fined for driving after revocation and for no insurance as a driver.

Pablo Centeno Arauz, 38, of Thief River Falls, was fined $185 for no driver’s license.

Bonnie Jo Erlandson, 57, of Clearbrook, was ticketed for driving 71 in a 60 zone. Michael James Fisher, 55, of Thief River Falls, was cited for 60 in a 55 zone.

Arin Alice Flatland, 28, of Thief River Falls, was fined for driving 65 in a 60 zone. A no-insurance charge was dismissed.

Donald Lee Good, 39, of Red Lake, received a seat belt citation. Addison Jo Kujawa, 18, of East Grand Forks, was cited for 70 in a 60 zone.

Erica Joyce Srnsky, 38, of Viking, was fined $115 for expired registration.

Zachary Philip St. Marie, 40, of Thief River Falls, was cited for 40 in a 30 zone. Debra Kay LaBoy, 66, of Minot, N.D., was cited for 65 in a 60 zone.

Melissa Marie Larson, 42, of Thief River Falls, had a no-insurance charge dismissed.
