Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) – Pennington County has released its latest Citation and Disposition Bulletin, outlining a range of criminal and traffic cases handled in recent weeks. TRF News obtains these public records at cost. If this information appears on any site other than our official page, it has been copied from our work.

Pennington County Sheriff’s Office Cases

Dana Marie Gram, 34, Thief River Falls – Received a stay of adjudication on a felony methamphetamine-related child endangerment charge. She must complete five years of supervised probation and follow all treatment and mental health recommendations. She must also complete DWI programming and cognitive-based courses. A felony fifth-degree controlled substance charge was dismissed. On a separate case, Gram was convicted of second-degree DWI – controlled substance and fined $165. She received 364 days in jail stayed for four years, credit for two days served, and four years of supervised probation.

Carissa Ines Rinkenberger, 32, Anoka – Uninsured vehicle, $260, 90 days in jail stayed for one year. Driving after revocation, $100, 90 days in jail stayed, sentence concurrent with count one.

Minnesota State Patrol Cases

Chase Andrew Rivera, 29, Bagley – Expired registration dismissed.

David John Von Holtum, 53, Thief River Falls – Expired registration, $115.

Amanda Kaye Wallner, 34, Embarrass – Charge of 65/55 speed dismissed.

Chad Mitchell Beito, 48, St. Hilaire – Leaking or unsecured load, $145; registration violation, $30; unsafe equipment, $40.

Steven Charles Keogh, 33, Grand Forks – Hands-Free violation for electronic messaging, $135.

Reuben Biakcungchu, 27, Thief River Falls – No proof of insurance dismissed.

Melvin Alejandro Jiron Polanco, 33, Thief River Falls – No driver’s license, $185; no insurance – owner, $200.

Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Case

Donald Ryan Johnsrud, 19, Goodridge – Transporting a loaded firearm while hunting, $185; underage possession of liquor, $100.

Thief River Falls Police Department Cases

Amy Leigh Olson, 42, Grand Forks – Second-degree DWI involving an intoxicating substance, $790, 364 days in jail with 359 days stayed for four years, credit for five days served. Four years supervised probation. Must enter and complete Grand Forks County Drug Court.

Vicky Jolynn Sabo, 64, Thief River Falls – Failure to stop for a stop sign, $135.

Terrellis Marnicus Teasley, 54, Fayetteville, NC – Two restraining order violations dismissed.

Durwood Garner Lindsey Jr., 69, Thief River Falls – Fourth-degree DWI, $585, 30 days in jail stayed for one year. Must complete a comprehensive assessment and follow treatment. Also fined $50 for littering a dangerous object on the highway, with 10 days in jail stayed for one year.

Maynard Jenson, no age listed, Thief River Falls – Stray animals running at large, $135.

Rhonda Lee Kostrzewski, 61, Warren – Expired registration dismissed.
