Pennington County (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities in Pennington County have reported the arrest of 5’7″, 180-pound Miranda Timm, noted for her orange hair and blue eyes. Timm was taken into custody on May 1, 2025, and remains held without bail at the Pennington County Jail.
Timm faces a Misdemeanor charge under Minnesota Statute 609.72.1(3) for Disorderly Conduct – Offensive, Abusive, Boisterous, Noisy, or Obscene Behavior. This charge stems from an incident where Timm allegedly engaged in loud and offensive conduct that disrupted the peace.
Currently, her court case is set to move through the Pennington County District Court system. A formal court date has yet to be announced.
Disorderly conduct is one of the most common misdemeanor offenses in Minnesota and can carry penalties including up to 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine upon conviction.
