Hubbard County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me) – A bizarre and dangerous incident near Park Rapids has led to multiple felony charges for a local woman.
According to court documents, just after 7 a.m. on July 16, a Hubbard County deputy responded to a report of a woman removing her clothes and running into traffic on Highway 71 near Park Rapids. The deputy located and arrested Ramona Kaiser, who was reportedly yelling, incoherent, and showed clear signs of impairment.
During the investigation, Kaiser allegedly admitted to starting fires at a nearby residence on County Road 14. The deputy’s report states that gasoline had been poured into a sauna, which was burned, and wood next to a trailer was also ignited. Additionally, glass had been broken out of the home’s door.
Kaiser reportedly told deputies she did it to “get someone to help her,” though her statements were described as rambling and incoherent.
She is now facing four felony charges—two counts of arson and two counts of burglary.
