29 year old Dayton Denning of Grand Forks has been charged with felony simple assault for allegedly assaulting a medical worker according to court documents on May 5th at 10 50 PM an officer was a dispatched for a disorderly conduct complaint Denning allegedly grabbed a paramedic worker around the neck and tried to pull him to the ground police stated the victim had obvious red marks on his neck I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
