a man and woman are facing a felony drug charge in East Grand Forks according to court documents on November 18th around 2:00 a.m. and officer observed them throwing things into a trash can at a gas station on gateway drive then the officer pulled them over after they drove away for having expired license tabs the driver was Wayne King his passenger was Carol Rodriguez Gomez during questioning King stated to the officer his drugs of choice were alcohol and meth and he had used meth three hours earlier using syringes he’d just thrown in the trashcan at the gas station King consented to a search of the vehicle and syringes and meth were allegedly found Gomez already had an outstanding warrant both have been charged with felony possession of meth in a prohibited zone King is also charged with DWI I’m Neil Berg reporting for I new was da TV
