Otter Tail County, MN – Joshua Thomas Carlson, a convicted criminal sexual conduct offender, has been classified as a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC) as of November 27, 2023.
Carlson, born on July 24, 1978, was sentenced on November 5, 2008, for a criminal sexual conduct offense under Otter Tail County Court File No. 56-CR-07-2747. He was last released from custody on March 16, 2021, but has since violated the terms of his release and is now wanted by authorities.
His supervising MNDOC agent, Jennifer Steuber, is handling the case. Law enforcement is actively searching for Carlson, and anyone with information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact the police immediately.
