Erhard (trfnews.i234.me) — An Erhard woman is facing multiple felony charges after being stopped in a stolen vehicle south of town, according to Otter Tail County Court records.

On October 1, 2025, a sheriff’s deputy spotted a vehicle reported stolen traveling along Highway 59 south of Erhard. The deputy conducted a traffic stop, and the driver, Bobbi Jo Lacrosse of Erhard, was detained without incident.

Authorities say Lacrosse had three active arrest warrants at the time of the stop. During a search of the vehicle, deputies discovered methamphetamine and ammunition. According to investigators, Lacrosse is prohibited from possessing ammunition due to a prior conviction for a crime of violence.

Lacrosse has now been formally charged with three felony counts: possession of drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property, and unlawful possession of ammunition after a violent crime conviction. She remains in custody awaiting further court proceedings.

The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office continues to investigate the case. No other occupants were reported in the vehicle, and authorities have not released details regarding the vehicle’s original owner.
