Olmsted County (trfnews.i234.me)β€” Authorities in Olmsted County are actively searching for Chriscil Lionel Lukobi-Johnson, a convicted sex offender who is now a wanted fugitive as of March 14, 2025. Lukobi-Johnson, born on December 21, 1993, was last under supervision following his release on October 18, 2018. The offender, sentenced on August 29, 2017, for a serious Criminal Sexual Conduct case linked to Olmsted Court File 55-CR-14-3010, has evaded law enforcement, prompting a statewide alert.

Supervising Agent Joseph Mudgett urges the public to remain vigilant and report any sightings. Authorities warn that Lukobi-Johnson may still pose a significant threat to public safety.
