What led to the case
Court records say a tribal police officer stopped Bevins on February 1, 2025.

A search of her purse found needles and blue rubber tie-offs.
Records also list a small plastic bag with meth.
The meth field-tested positive and weighed 0.21 grams.

Plea deal details
In the plea deal, prosecutors dropped two counts.

Records show Bevins had a prior DWI conviction in 2020.
