Niagara, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – A property dispute over a four-wheeler in Niagara has led to felony terrorizing charges against a local man.
According to court documents, the incident occurred late on July 18th. The victim told deputies that Jonathan Krueger had taken his four-wheeler and driven it to the north side of his property. The victim then retrieved the four-wheeler and brought it back to his residence.
That’s when Krueger allegedly shoved the victim to the ground and threatened him, stating, “I will effing kill you.” The victim expressed surprise at the threat, noting he did not expect such behavior from Krueger.
Krueger was arrested and is now formally charged with felony terrorizing. The case is under further investigation by authorities.
