we have an update now to a small fire at this Grand Forks apartment building I news first told you about early in the morning on December 5th it’s owned by the Grand Forks Housing Authority dwan Thompson of grandforks is now charged with felony arson just before 5:00 a.m. on December 5th firefighters put out a small fire in the entryway the investigation of surveillance video now shows Thompson and another man who has not been charged leaning over a third floor uh balcony railing lighting paper dropping it to the floors below at one point lighting a stick on fire and placing it on the first floor steer wheel for a couple of minutes before taking the stick outside damage is estimated at $522 I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
